The TISSE2012 Self Assessment is a unique and practical tool in assisting organisations in achieving customer service excellence. By completing the Self Assessment, you will be given recommendations on how your organisation can improve based on the full TISSE2012 Standard for FREE.

Note: The Self Assessment cannot be used by organisations in order to close the gaps in criterion 6.9 of TISSE2012. In order to meet the requirements of criterion 6.9, an organisation must undertake an Online Site Assessment which can be accessed at standard.ticsi.org.
